These Terms & Conditions explain the terms for using the OC House of Tint website, requesting quotes, booking appointments, and receiving service-related communications.

Website Use

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through its forms.

Quotes and Service Requests

Quote requests submitted through the website are not guaranteed final prices. Pricing may depend on the vehicle, film choice, coverage requested, vehicle condition, installation complexity, and final inspection.

Submitting a quote or contact form does not guarantee appointment availability or confirm that a service has been scheduled.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments may require confirmation by OC House of Tint. Booking may be handled through our scheduling tools or direct shop communication.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, vehicle information, service details, and appointment-related details.

Appointment Deposits

A $50 deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. The appointment becomes Scheduled only after the deposit is successfully received. The deposit is credited toward the customer’s final invoice after Check In.

Paying the deposit confirms that the customer has reviewed and agreed to these appointment-deposit terms.

Cancellations

A cancellation received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment receives a full deposit refund.

A cancellation received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment is nonrefundable, and the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling

A rescheduling request received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may transfer the deposit to one replacement appointment.

Only one deposit transfer is permitted. Any additional rescheduling requires a new deposit.

A rescheduling request received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Late Arrivals

Customers must arrive at their scheduled appointment time. Customers arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time cannot be accommodated. The appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

No-Shows

A customer who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment forfeits the deposit.

Cancellation by OC House of Tint

If OC House of Tint cancels the appointment or cannot perform the scheduled service, the customer may choose either a full deposit refund or transfer of the deposit to another appointment.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.

SMS Terms

Program name: OC House of Tint Service Updates.

Program description: OC House of Tint sends service-related SMS messages to customers who opt in. Messages may include quote follow-up, appointment confirmations, deposit reminders, schedule or service updates, vehicle-ready notifications, and customer care responses.

Message frequency varies based on your quote request, appointment, or service needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse website forms, submit fraudulent or misleading information, spam the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
